Shipping policy

Processing times and shipping times are NOT the same. 
*Processing time is how long it will take me to make and send out the item after you have ordered. These are business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.
*Shipping time is how long it will take for your item to arrive after I have sent it to the post office. 

Processing times vary depending on time of year and how many orders I have at the time of your order and are ONLY AN ESTIMATE.
Please contact me if you need to know a more specific time frame and I can let you know where I’m at, during that specific time, before you order. 

Holiday season processing times do take longer as holidays are always busy.


In most cases, my turn around time, or processing time, during non-holiday times are;
About 5 to 12 business days


As stated this is an estimate, this is NOT a guaranteed turn around time. 
This means your item could be finished before this time frame, but it also means that it could take longer, if I run into any issues with your order and need to start over or if I have a big jump in orders that come in prior to yours. 

I do NOT offer cancellations or refunds. It's your responsibility to read through the listing before purchase. If you have questions, please contact me prior to payment. 
Once your order is placed, I will process it as normal. 
 
I choose 3 day shipping when printing shipping labels. 
You will be provided with a tracking number once your label is printed.
Once your shipment has been picked up by the post office, you can usually expect your item in about a week.

Please keep in mind that once the package is out of my hands, I have no control over how long it might take to get to you.
 
Per USPS themselves, a package is not considered missing or lost until 14 days after the last scan.
If it has been less than this, please contact the post office directly with your tracking number and they may be able to help you. You can also sign up for text notifications through the USPS website.
